blah

Blahh! Im in the midst of Uni-Y comm service camp and serving the net in school man! (whilst waiting for freshies to be done with their Academic briefing...'ts a year since i went for mine?!) The foods great (we had thomson prata this morning specially catered to us) compared to other camps i've gone and the company is pretty batty too. My groups called wallaby so imagine thinking of a cheer for such a grp name.

The camps cool so far, no complaints except for sleep deprivation.

Anyway, a week back I was with Lenise and Mei at sentosa sun-bakin n hanging out at the Ben and Jerrys there (working...for a couple of minutes). Then went shopping at far east n to the scoopers party @ Cathay. All B & J shops closed early for this ok! Bought a pair formal shorts ( Finally...) n a transformable tube/halter batik dress. Len and I were pretty surprised that we did the exact same topic for our Comms presentation last sem and she had the same prof as I had. It was hilarious how we squealed like bimbos in the middle of the road when we realised that. Dea had discounts to these shops coz of her status as Fashion stylist for Seventeen so yeah it made it quite guilt-free to spend money. Had much fun! will post up pics soon.

wee

happy happy day... today.
Mom and dad came to surprisevisit while i was at work at ben and jerrys Cathay.
bought a chocolate fudge brownie lip balm from there today for wh's bday fren (I think I shall get one for myself too...) and created my own pint of handpcaked ice cream for his family. Hope its gd!
Btw: just a tip for everyone... nv get a sorbet and put it with ur icecream. Ittotallysucks! Its like putting durian with tuna. The taste is just offf. And I would recommend the milkshakes... u can create ur own milkshakes. We use b&j ice cream for our milkshakes and it kicks ass. Try it.
On a sidenote, a scoopy got scolded for scooping too big scoops for her frens... sheesh. It's pressurising to be a nice fren and yet be a gd employee so if U... the wan reading this have a fren working at B & J, dun stir up trouble by asking for more...we'll know wat to do..

Tmr ill be down to Bugis Toni and Guy Acad for a FOC hair demonstration for overseas students by my hairdresser as usual. Hope my hair doesnt come out like crap. Then ill be down at the new B & J branch at Raffles City... weeeeeeeeeeeeee!

For once, i shall write my innermost thoughts of some ppl today.

why do u always tell me one thing and den do the other...
i nv liked insincere ppl...
Can u at least mean wat u say... or at least communicate wat u actually mean without me assuming?

why do u always boss ppl around and hurt ppl by being insensible like leaving the drawer open until someone like me falls over it and scratch my leg till theres a gigantic bruise? And change the store music and den leave my ipod to get stolen by customers? You are almost 30... stop acting like a kid and grow a brain. Pls.. be a gentleman and stop asking us girls to help you do this and that just coz u dun want to do it like get ur fingers frozen...

fun tioman

2 weeks ago, this was where aileen and I immersed ourselves in underwater paradise. What a fantabulous trip ! we met pengfei who was standing behind us in the queue to get the customs check and who aileen couldnt recognise at all... because his complexion wasnt as good as before and his face shape changed and he was in specs. He called out to me and den i turned to look at him and den looked at aileen, in silence. Then she said something like u look familiar but I dun think I know u...
hahahha!
Spending the night at Embassy Hotel at mersing which was a basic budget hotel the night b4 we head off to the tioman resort was a torture. (the boat service does not take us to tioman at night... I detest the boat service there... they make ppl wait and wait and overload the boats... we had to share a 2 person seat with a mother and son. and the son was sitting on the seat not on the mothers lap. They are a terrible monopoly there so I guess they tot they could do watever they wanted even though they irritated the tourists)
Didnt have gd slp because at 4 am plus, the mosque started the prayers and there was this draggy mans voice echoing from the mosque. Totally woke aileen and I up. Then afterthat, I was praying to God that it would stop and I could go back to sleep. The air-con was also freezing, i had to wake up to turn it off. Though I didnt manage to bring aileen for prata supper at mersing coz it was close, we had pretty gd yong tau foo supper nearby the hotel.

During the dives, we held hands so that we didnt drift far away from each other especially when the currents were strong underwater. Seemed soo yesterday.....in primary sch when all of us would hold hands to line up. Went to Rengis, Marine park and Soya. Saw a lot of new fishes this time round. The best was the shy brown Potato cod which zoomed into a cave after it saw us coming. Saw mega-sized pufferfishes too! One of them had teeth sticking out of its mouth and there was this almost 2D fish (real Flat) which had blue luminous spots on its body. Aileen and I also spotted a big, anti-social baracuda before ascend at rengis. We also explored the shipwrecks at marine park and saw many big fish, i think they were groupas hiding inside of it while we voyeuristically peeked into the gaps of the ship wreck from the outside.

On way home we tried Chendol at the resort at a v humble hut having tried ice kacang the previous trip. It was gd!
Wee... whens the next time we'll go again ..............
